Her pop hits like “I Kissed a Girl,” “Teenage Dream,”, “Firework,”, “Roar” and “Chained to the Rhythm.” Is well popular and this made her famous and a well know celebrities in the field of singing and became one of the bestselling artists through her hit albums including Teenage Dream (and Prism of 2010and 2013 respectively. Kate Perry was born in 1984 in Santa Barbara, California. She belongs in a conservative household.

She is known for her over-the-top fashions, quirky stage props, and catchy songs; Katy Perry has become a pop music sensation. Perry started her singing class at the age of 9 and at the age of 13, she played Guitar. Her interest developed in pursuing her career in music. Perry went to Nashville to record a gospel album, Katy Hudson 2001several times with her mother which was releases in 2001, however, this flop and they suffer a lot. Perry had explained this to Entertainment Weekly.

Similarly, she had given her statement in Seventeen magazine that “I was a hop-around and hung out with the rockabilly crew, the guys who were trying to be rappers with the funny kids,”.

After receiving GED she migrated to Los Angeles. The reason for her migration was to work with Glen Ballard producer and songwriter, who had worked with Christina Aguilera and Alanis Morrissett.  During that time she was only 17 years old. She stayed in LA for about 5 years and there she had hard financial time and she was disappointed. However, she got a very great break there too and sign a deal with  Capitol in 2007.

“Ur So Gay” was the first single song that was released.  Pop superstar Madonna impressed with this song and she became a fan of the song. Perry appeared on MTV in her own acoustic special in 2009. In this year tabloid headlines were covered with Perry coverage regarding her relationship with British comedian Russell Brand.  The couple became engaged in India while they were at New Year’s holiday trip to India. She married with Russell Brand On October 23, 2010, in India in a traditional Hindu ceremony. It is written in Times of India that wedding was featured with the procession of camels, elephants, and horses, plus fire jugglers, snake charmers, dancers, and musicians.  She was very ambitious for her future.  In August 2010 her album Teenage Dreams was released. California Gurls of that album became 1 on the Billboard charts. Besides that many more hits from the album soon followed among them was Firework too. the success of Teenage Dreams, make her country’s top pop stars.

Teenage Dream new edition was published by her in 2012 and named it The Complete Confection.  There were many new tracks which include successful singles like “Part of Me” and “Wide Awake.” Perry sustained to dominate the music charts with 2013’s Prism. The album “Roar,” climbed to be number one spot. “Dark Horse,” her collaboration with Juicy J, also made an inspiring presentation. The song remains at the top of charts for several weeks.  Perry achieves another splash in 2014 with “This Is How We Do.” under Capitol Records Perry also launched her own music label, Metamorphosis   Music.

On February 1, 2015, Perry had made a history through headliner at the Super Bowl XLIX halftime show.  This has special guests Lenny Kravitz and Missy Elliot with two background dancers dressed in shark costumes.  This show had become viral on social media.  According to Guinness world, Records Perry’s performance had drawn 118.5 million viewers and was the most viewed halftime show in NFL history. Later after 2 years, she released   Chained to the Rhythm in February 2017 her first single from her upcoming album Witness.  To support Witness she had to announce a world tour which will kick off in September 2017.
